Dieffenbach’s kettle cooked chips are made from potatoes that maintain delicious flavor even though they have been rejected for cosmetic reasons. The resulting chips have typical kettle-cooked crunch as well as a darker overall color and brown edges. Each bag effectively offsets a percentage of uneaten food that otherwise ends up in landfills.
