3 different patties, can’t go wrong with any of them
- Wagyu – 6 to 7 marbled Australian cross-bred wagyu. Nothing else is mixed in here, just 100% wagyu beef, lightly salted. 70/30 ratio.
- Angus – A buttery patty due to a higher fat ratio than our standard Grass-Fed. Full flavored and perfect for the grill. 75/25 ratio.
- Grass-Fed – CS Graze – The healthiest option with the highest concentration of beefy flavor. These patties are from our exclusive Graze range. 80/20 ratio.
Weight: 4 Patties, 150 grams each
Cooking
Preferred Method: Add salt to taste, Pan Fry or Grill about 4 minutes per side. Add cheese to melt during last minute of cook.
Technique:
– Keep the patties very cold
– Flip when charred on one side
– Do not overcook
