About the Product: This whiskey celebrates all that is modern craft distilling. After three years in virgin American Oak barrels, our Boulder Bourbon is transferred into ex-Oloroso Sherry casks for finishing, gaining the qualities of the wine as well as exploring a different species of Oak. This is both an homage to the history of whisky, and a nod to the future and to creating new flavors.
