Given that the Ramon Allones brand very rarely releases a new regular-production cigar, there’s plenty of excitement among Cuban cigar enthusiasts when it happens. When Ramon’s Allones No.3 debuted in 2021, there was much fanfare centered around this nearly 200-year old brand and the new addition to its very small portfolio of cigars.
Cuba’s recent (21st century) trend of producing bigger cigars extends to the Allones No.3, which is a Robusto Extra. This equates to a nearly 90-minute smoking time with many classic Ramon flavours present, including leather and nut with a refined earthy core. Medium to full-bodied strength can be expected.
