Description
A superb tartare sauce made here in the Sabato kitchen in small batches using our own artisan ingredients – Spanish Pons olive oil, free range eggs, Pons Moscatel vinegar, Pons capers and Accoceberry cornichons.
Serve classically alongside any seafood, wonderful with Callipo tuna, or use to dress a potato salad.
Ingredients
Olive oil, cornichons (12%) [cucumber, water, wine vinegar, salt, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, 631, 627), preservative (211), antioxidant (300)], egg yolk, verjuice, Champagne vinegar, lemon juice, moscatel vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, antioxidants (224, 202, 222).
Contains egg and sulphites.
